Continuing the exhaustive dispute between two tech superpowers, Samsung has added the newly released iPhone 5 to their US patent lawsuit.

Samsung issued a statement saying:

“we have little choice but to take the steps necessary to protect our innovations and intellectual property rights.”

The patent dispute between the two companies continues now following Apple’s $1 billion dollar victory over Samsung earlier in the year.

Samsung have added the iPhone 5 to their list because it utilizes LTE technology, which according to Samsung, infringes upon their current patents.
